- Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT data pipelines using AWS and Snowflake.
- Build and manage DBT models, transformations, tests, snapshots, macros, and documentation.
- Develop efficient data pipelines to ingest data from APIs, databases, files, and enterprise applications.
- Design and implement Snowflake data warehouses, including schemas, tables, views, stages, and secure data access.
- Perform Snowflake performance tuning, query optimization, warehouse sizing, clustering, and cost optimization.
- Develop data ingestion and processing solutions using AWS services such as S3, Glue, Lambda, EMR, Redshift, Kinesis, and Step Functions.
- Implement automated data quality checks, validation, reconciliation, and error handling.
- Develop dimensional and analytical data models to support reporting and business intelligence.
- Implement DBT testing and CI/CD practices to improve data pipeline reliability.
- Work with analysts, data scientists, architects, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements.
- Monitor production pipelines, troubleshoot failures, and perform root-cause analysis.
- Implement best practices for data governance, data security, metadata, lineage, and data management.
- Maintain technical documentation, data models, pipeline specifications, and operational procedures.
