Pay Range:

$50-55/hr. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location). Key Responsibilities; Collect, clean, and process large volumes of multi-format engineering data (telemetry, test logs, simulation results, and maintenance data). Build interactive dashboards and automated reports (Power BI, Tableau) to track engineering KPIs, test progress, and operational reliability. Develop automated scripts (Python, R, SQL) for data ingestion pipelines, anomaly detection, and predictive modeling. Partner with Stress, Systems, and Flight Test engineering teams to translate complex engineering problems into scalable analytical solutions. Present statistical findings and trend analyses to program managers and chief engineers.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

Education:

Bachelor of Science (BS) in Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related technical field.

Experience:

3+ years of data analytics experience, preferably within aerospace, industrial manufacturing, or defense environments. Advanced proficiency in SQL and relational/non-relational databases. Strong programming skills in Python (Pandas, NumPy, SciPy) or R for statistical data processing. Hands-on expertise with visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau. Experience working with engineering data structures (time-series data, MATLAB outputs, or IoT telemetry).
