Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI to monitor warranty claims, defect rates, current and long term quality issues, and high cost drivers Collaborate with warranty analysts and quality engineers to understand data needs and design visualizations that highlight key trends and insights Transform raw warranty and quality data, such as repair orders and part failure rates, into clear, actionable visuals for team reviews and management reports Ensure data accuracy by performing basic cleaning and validation tasks on datasets from warranty databases Update dashboards regularly to reflect new data inputs, such as monthly warranty claims or field quality audit Assist in presenting visualized insights to non technical stakeholders, such as quality managers or service teams, in a simple and impactful wa Support ad hoc reporting requests, such as visualizing trends in specific vehicle models or regions Document dashboard designs and data sources to ensure consistency and ease of use for the team Must Have Heavy dashboard interactive experience is required for this role. Must have experience designing, creating, and maintaining dashboards in Tableau or Power BI. Must have created dashboards from scratch Experience with Python is a plus
