Job Description
Framework Development & Maintenance
- designing, implementing, and continuously improving the xIL Test Automation Framework, ensuring it meets industry standards and project requirements. Test Library Management
- develop and maintain automated test scripts and libraries, working closely with teams in plant modeling, virtual ECU, functional design, architecture, and integration. Toolchain & CI/CD Workflow
- design and optimize CI/CD workflow management tools and ensure seamless integration of test automation into development pipelines. Troubleshooting & Benchmarking
- provide expertise in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and performance benchmarking for test automation processes. Standard Compliance & Governance
- ensure adherence to international testing standards (ISO 29119, ISO
IEC 9126, IEEE 829
) and drives global governance initiatives related to test automation. Collaboration & Agile Practices- work cross-functionally with global teams, contributing to Agile, Scrum, and DFSS methodologies to improve overall software quality. Technical Documentation & Training
- document frameworks, train team members, and ensure knowledge sharing to enhance the adoption of automated testing solutions.
