Provide ongoing training and documentation for end-users on Salesforce features; serve as a point of contact for troubleshooting system issues related to operating systems like Windows or Linux environments. Qualifications Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar role with extensive knowledge of Salesforce platform configuration and customization.
