Travel role. GSA per diem on top of the hourly, 27 cents a mile getting to and from, and flights home expensed several times through the year. You would be running commissioning and startup on site. Mechanical, electrical, plumbing and controls. Coordinating trades, vendors and the commissioning agents, holding the commissioning schedule against the build schedule, and getting systems tested, documented and handed to the owner. On this job that means switchgear, UPS, generators, chillers, CRAHs, cooling plants and building automation, then integrated systems testing and phased turnover.
