Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Oracle PL/SQL Developer (Charlotte) to join their team. As a Oracle PL/SQL Developer (Charlotte), you will be part of the Data Solutions Department supporting the CIO Dashboard Metrics team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, proactive communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

code for enterprise data solutions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable database solutions Lead and mentor junior developers, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices Perform performance tuning, troubleshooting, and data quality assurance activities Support deployment, testing, and production activities within an Agile environment What's Needed? Proficiency in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL development with performance tuning expertise Experience with data modeling, indexing, partitioning, and Oracle Exadata optimization Knowledge of API integration (REST/SOAP) and multi-source data ingestion Experience with database testing, ETL testing, and automation frameworks Strong stakeholder management, requirement analysis, and solution design skills What's in it for me?
