Design, develop, and implement data transformation logic using ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) tools, ensuring data consistency and integrity throughout the process.
Data Loading:
Load transformed data into data warehouses following best practices and optimizing data loading performance.
Data Quality and Validation:
Perform data quality checks, identify data inconsistencies, and work towards data cleansing and data enrichment to maintain high-quality data.
Performance Optimization:
Continuously analyze and optimize ETL processes to improve data processing efficiency and reduce load times.
Documentation:
Create and maintain detailed documentation of ETL processes, data mappings, transformations, and data flow diagrams.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, to understand data requirements and provide support for data-related tasks.
Data Security:
Adhere to data security and privacy standards, ensuring the protection of sensitive information during ETL processes.
Process Improvement:

Skill Requirements:
Proven experience as an ETL Developer or similar role. Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, data modeling, and data integration patterns. Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation. Demonstrated ability to work with scripting languages like Python, Perl, or Shell scripts. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
