Job Description:

NET Developer Job Description With SQL and Healthcare Experience .NET Developer with advanced proficiency in SQL and proven expertise in healthcare applications. Hands-on experience in Facets - Member, Claims, Providers, Accum and open access services (web / REST services APIs). Preferability to have experience to design, build, and deploy intelligent systems powered by Generative AI and Agentic AI frameworks . The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting .NET-based solutions that facilitate healthcare workflows and comprehensive data management. This position requires a thorough understanding of SQL databases, including query optimization and data modeling, as well as familiarity with healthcare systems and standards such as HIPAA, HL7, or FHIR.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain .NET applications, including APIs and Azure function apps, tailored to healthcare environments. Design and refine SQL queries, procedures, a nd database architectures. Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to collect requirements and deliver robust solutions. Ensure strict adherence to healthcare regulations and security standards. Diagnose and resolve issues pertaining to applications and databases. Prepare detailed documentation of technical specifications and system processes. Demonstrate experience wi th CI/CD deployments via Azure DevOps. Preference will be given to candidates seeki ng Azure upskilling. Experience working in Agile methodology envi ronments is desirable.\ Build and maintain agentic workflows — including multi-step reasoning, tool use, and autonomous task execution. Integrate and manage Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers to connect AI agents with external tools, APIs, and data sources. Develop, test, and optimize prompts, pipelines, and agent orchestration logic.
