The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SQL development and experience working with large databases. The SQL Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining SQL databases and ensuring their performance, reliability, and security.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop SQL databases to support business needs Write complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate data Troubleshoot and optimize database performance Ensure data integrity and security Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions Develop and maintain database documentation and data dictionaries Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in SQL developmentQualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field Strong understanding of SQL and database design principles Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and/or Oracle databases Familiarity with data warehousing and ETL processes Knowledge of data modeling and database administration Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Excellent communication and teamwork skillsSimilar remote jobs
