11:00 PM - 9:00 AM, Sunday night - Friday morning Job Overview Our Client is seeking a hands-on Critical Services Data Center Technician to support building and critical facility operations. Data center experience is not required ; candidates with experience in large apartment complexes, commercial facilities, or building maintenance are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Perform daily facility rounds, inspections, and preventive maintenance. Maintain and troubleshoot HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, pumps, motors, VFDs, and boilers . Complete and document work orders using CMMS . Monitor temperatures, utilities, energy usage, and building systems. Perform basic electrical troubleshooting up to 480V. Respond to facility issues and escalate critical problems. Coordinate and monitor contractors and subcontractors. Support general building maintenance, inspections, and projects. Follow established SOPs, MOPs, and EOPs in a critical environment. Requirements Experience in facilities, building maintenance, apartment maintenance, or similar environments. Strong knowledge of

HVAC/MEP

systems . CMMS experience preferred. Basic mechanical, electrical, and plumbing troubleshooting skills. Ability to lift 50 lbs and work safely on ladders/heights up to 30 feet. Reliable transportation and ability to work at two sites approximately 19 miles apart. Flexibility for overtime, weekends, and rotational on-call coverage. Strong communication, reliability, and attention to safety.
