We are looking for a part-time Business Support Officer to provide efficient and high-quality administrative support to the LIM and Property Information Team and meet the requirements of the relevant legislation we report to. About the role | Ko te mahi nei We are a tightknit team who provide efficient delivery of Land Information Memorandums and Property Files on application. We pride ourselves on providing correct and accurate information that the Council holds using quality records management, integrity of data and complete business records. Our customers include buyers, sellers, real estate agents, lawyers etc. As a team we ensure our customers receive information and education in a clear & concise manner on applications, process and content of a LIM and Property File. As our administrative expert you will be responsible for: Reviewing applications and capturing initial data. Providing property files on request Facilitating invoices and payments. Respond to customer enquiries by phone and email, providing clear information and managing customer expectations. Maintain team email inboxes and ensure information is appropriately filed and accessible. Updating and maintaining databases Minute taking of monthly meetings Assist with back scanning projects Completing other administrative tasks as required About you | Ko Koe Tēnei You will have at least 12 months of experience in a customer service role, ideally within a regulatory field. If you have local government experience, even better! You will be able to provide advice based on sound judgement and have excellent written and verbal communication skills that support you in sharing information.
