This pivotal role involves overseeing the development, implementation, and management of enterprise-wide IT infrastructure, data systems, and security protocols. The ideal candidate will drive innovation through cloud computing, enterprise solutions, and advanced analytics, ensuring our technology environment supports business growth and resilience. As a leader in this role, you will collaborate with executive teams to shape strategic direction, manage vendor relationships, and foster a culture of continuous improvement in information security and system efficiency. Duties Develop and execute comprehensive IT strategies aligned with organizational goals, emphasizing cloud solutions such as AWS and Azure, virtualization technologies like vSphere, and enterprise infrastructure management. Lead the design, deployment, and maintenance of secure network architectures including VPNs, MPLS networks, DNS management, firewall configurations, and network security protocols following NIST standards. Oversee data management systems including SQL Server, Oracle databases, MongoDB, data warehouses, ETL processes, and ensure robust data governance practices. Manage software development teams working with technologies such as JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular),.NET applications, Node.js, PHP, Python for application development and system integration projects. Implement enterprise solutions including ERP systems, APIs integration, SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and application modernization efforts. Ensure business continuity planning through disaster recovery strategies, system backups, risk management procedures, and compliance with PCI standards for payment security. Supervise technical project management activities across multiple teams utilizing Agile methodologies; oversee vendor negotiations and manage IT budgets effectively. Maintain oversight of system administration tasks including Active Directory management, Microsoft Exchange administration, server management (including SAN storage), virtualization environments like vSphere, and help desk operations. Lead information security initiatives focusing on network security measures such as firewalls and VoIP systems; enforce IT governance policies aligned with industry standards. Drive innovation by exploring AI/ML applications for business insights while managing the integration of emerging technologies such as computer networking enhancements or machine learning models into existing systems. Experience Proven leadership experience as a senior IT executive or director managing large-scale technology teams within complex organizational environments. Extensive project management experience in technology projects involving software development lifecycle (SDLC), enterprise architecture design, cloud migration (AWS/Azure), virtualization (vSphere), and network infrastructure deployment. Demonstrated expertise in managing databases (SQL Server, Oracle), data warehouses, ETL tools, APIs integration, and application development using languages such as JavaScript (React/Angular), Python, PHP or.

NET frameworks. Strong background in information security practices including network security protocols; familiarity with PCI compliance standards; experience implementing disaster recovery plans and business continuity strategies. Technical proficiency across computer networking concepts like MPLS networks; VPNs; DNS; firewall configuration; VoIP systems; SAN storage; Linux/Unix system administration; DevOps pipelines; cloud computing platforms including AWS and Azure. Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders at all levels of leadership. Management skills that include vendor negotiations; budget planning; strategic planning; team leadership; change management; risk assessment; and fostering a culture of innovation within the IT department.
