$14.00 What our office does: This office assists students in registration and enrollment; student records management, transfer credit evaluation, graduation and degree conferral, academic scheduling and catalog support; compliance, reporting and data integrity. Position Description Duties are for anything needed to assist the department. This may include the following duties: Assist with data cleanup, validation, and maintenance within institutional databases and student information systems. Review records for accuracy, identify discrepancies, and perform data corrections in accordance with established procedures and security access. Assist with testing system updates, patches, and enhancements to ensure data integrity and functionality. Maintain confidentiality of student, employee, and institutional information in accordance with FERPA and college policies. Assist in maintaining electronic records and ensuring compliance with institutional data management standards. Support special projects involving data analysis. Perform quality assurance checks on reports, forms, and electronic records. Create and update spreadsheets to support departmental initiatives. Participate in training sessions and meetings related to technology, data management, and office procedures. Provide general office and administrative support as needed. Perform other duties as assigned to support departmental operations and strategic initiatives. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and other Microsoft 365 applications. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Be punctual, reliable, and trustworthy. Basic understanding of data privacy and information security practices.Preferred Qualifications:
Excellent organizational and communication skills. Be able to follow directions and communicate well. Familiarity with databases, reporting tools, and data entry processes.
