Key Responsibilities Architecture & Delivery:

Design, build, and optimize scalable data pipelines and enterprise-grade machine learning workflows (MLOps) using Azure/AWS Databricks.

Pharma Commercial Strategy:

Architect data solutions tailored for Pharma Commercial operations, including marketing automation, customer journey mapping, campaign analytics, and omnichannel orchestration.

AI/ML Innovation:

Implement Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and predictive analytics to drive next-best-action (NBA) engines and personalized customer insights.

Data Governance:

Establish robust data frameworks using Databricks Unity Catalog, ensuring strict adherence to industry regulations like GxP, HIPAA, and GDPR .

Client Consulting:

Function as a subject matter expert (SME) to translate complex business needs from stakeholders into tactical and strategic technical architectures.

Required Technical Skills & Qualifications Core Platform:

Expert-level experience with Databricks (Lakehouse architecture, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, Delta Live Tables).

AI/ML & Analytics:

Proven hands-on experience in AI/ML modelling , MLOps, Python/PySpark, Spark SQL, and working with modern GenAI frameworks (e.g., OpenAI, Bedrock, or similar).

Pharma Domain:

Strong background working within Pharmaceuticals / Life Sciences , specifically with Commercial Data, Sales/Marketing Tech (MarTech), or Patient Analytics.

Regulatory Knowledge:

Deep understanding of data privacy and compliance standards including GxP and HIPAA .

Consulting Experience:

Prior experience working with major IT/Management Consulting firms delivering technical solutions to enterprise clients.

Cloud Infrastructure:

Strong proficiency in AWS, Azure, or GCP data services and DevOps/IaC tools (Terraform, CI/CD pipelines). Preferred Certifications Databricks Certified Solutions Architect / Data Engineer Databricks Generative AI / Lakehouse Credentials AWS Certified Solutions Architect -

$125,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
