Processes Coordinator Position Summary:
The Student Information System Process Coordinator is responsible for supporting departments and sites' use of the district's Student Information System. This role provides technical support, professional learning, and resources to staff on appropriate student record entry and the use of reports within the Student Information System. This position will also support district front office personnel at both the elementary and secondary levels in reviewing student records, attendance, and other areas. This position will monitor and support school site administration in tracking chronic absenteeism at the sites and serve as a liaison between district departments and the SISOpSS team on specialized SIS development projects. This position will assist the Director of SISOpSS in communicating process changes within the Student Information System to front-office personnel and in providing professional learning opportunities throughout the school year.
Essential Duties:
Great Teaching & Learning (Instructional Infrastructure): Assist the Director of SISOpSS in developing and delivering job-embedded professional learning materials throughout the school year to both district and site-level staff Assist the Director of SISOpSS in the review and development of structures within the Student Information System relating to graduation requirements and academic programming Great People (Talent Management): Serve as a liaison between district departments and SISOpSS in review and development of SIS processes Provide professional learning to departmental staff surrounding Student Information System entry processes Promote equity and high expectations through the dissemination of best practices for site front office functions Work collaboratively with site administrators, front office personnel, and SISOpSS team to support continuous improvement and growth Great Culture (Systems Leaders): Establish productive partnerships with site administrators and front office personnel to ensure continuity across sites Support site administrators in monitoring attendance records at individual school sites. Assist the Director of SISOpSS in providing support surrounding SIS record entry processes to front office personnel Great Systems (Support & Accountability): Provide technical support for the Student Information System to site front office personnel Help to ensure process fidelity within the Student Information System Provide a layer of support to the student information specialist positions to reduce operational risk

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills and/or Abilities Required): Associate's degree in an education-related field or equivalent experience is required. Proficiency in using our Student Information System, Infinite Campus. Understanding of student data processes within our Student Information System. Knowledge of Oklahoma State Department attendance policies and calculations. Knowledge of Oklahoma State Department rules and regulations for school districts. Proficient in Microsoft Office Software, Google for Education Suite, Internet Use, Intranet, and basic computer knowledge Effective communication and interpersonal skills Skills in planning, scheduling, training, and problem-solving. Experience and knowledge of school operational procedures, including FERPA guidelines and education compliance standards Preferred Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills and/or Abilities Preferred): Experience delivering training sessions for both individuals and groups Bachelor's degree or higher in Education, Educational administration or related field
