Salary:

Skilled at connecting business goals with practical technology strategies across a diverse data environment. If that describes you, we need to talk! What your future day will look like: Lead teams responsible for integrations, applications, databases, reporting, automation, and technical support. Coach developers, balance workloads, support career growth, and help teams work through challenging technical decisions. Establish standards for architecture, development, testing, security, documentation, and system reliability. Guide projects from intake and planning through delivery, deployment, monitoring, and ongoing support. Review emerging technologies and improve tools, processes, controls, and development practices. Partner with stakeholders to prioritize work, resolve obstacles, communicate progress, and align solutions with business needs.

Direct Hire To be a champion in this role, you will need: Experience leading technical teams and software or data initiatives. Strong knowledge of Python, databases, APIs, automation, reporting, and integrations. Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Jira, Confluence, and modern development practices. Understanding of architecture, testing, deployment, monitoring, and production support. Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills.
