Our client, a leading innovator in autonomous vehicle technology, is seeking a dedicated Technical Program Manager to join their dynamic team. As a Technical Program Manager, you will be an integral part of the Engineering Support Department, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to drive project success. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and strong communication skills, which will enable you to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

- What's the Job?
- + Translate corporate strategy and milestones into detailed roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables.
+ Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure adherence to technical specifications and project milestones.
+ Support and facilitate internal meetings, develop reports, and maintain documentation to communicate project status effectively.
+ Manage program plans, budgets, and risks proactively, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
+ Assist in operational activities such as issue tracking, quarterly planning, and performance measurement development.
- What's Needed?
- + BS or MS degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with at least 8 years of relevant experience.
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical or engineering program management.
+ At least 3 years of experience as an engineer in hardware product development.
+ Proven track record managing complex cross-functional programs end-to-end, including managing international suppliers.
+ Strong ability to operate in ambiguous environments, communicate clearly, and influence without formal authority.
