Job Description
Step into a high-impact Technical Program Manager role where you'll help guide large-scale engineering initiatives from strategy through delivery. This position offers the opportunity to partner closely with senior engineering and product leaders, shape program management practices, and drive alignment across complex technical programs with meaningful business impact. Responsibilities Own end-to-end program execution for complex, multi-team engineering efforts from planning through launch and ongoing delivery. Partner with engineering and product leadership to influence priorities, resourcing, roadmaps, and execution strategy. Establish, improve, and scale program management processes, frameworks, and tools across the organization. Coordinate dependencies across teams, external partners, and stakeholders to keep programs moving smoothly. Identify risks early, escalate appropriately, and help drive decisions that balance scope, timing, and delivery impact. Communicate program status, technical trade-offs, and business implications clearly to executive and cross-functional audiences. Participate in technical scoping and architecture discussions to help assess feasibility, sequencing, and delivery risk. Support disciplined execution across multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Skills 7+ years of technical program management experience leading complex engineering programs. Proven ability to manage multi-team software initiatives across the full development lifecycle. Strong technical fluency with the ability to contribute meaningfully to system design and architecture discussions. Excellent communication and executive presence with the ability to influence without direct authority. Experience driving clarity, resolving ambiguity, and making sound decisions under pressure. Ability to build trust across technical and business teams while keeping programs aligned to outcomes. Hands-on familiarity with AI tools and an understanding of how agentic AI models work. Knowledge of wireless technologies such as 4G, 5G, and multi-WAN load balancing. Understanding of networking concepts including
UDP/TCP, NAT
traversal, and network security such as mTLS. Experience with data pipelines and cloud infrastructure, including Kafka, Protobuf serialization, and AWS services such as API gateways. Preferred Skills Experience in infrastructure, platform, or product engineering environments. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure. Understanding of distributed systems concepts. Prior experience as a software engineer or in another technical role. Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, or Agile/Scrum are a plus.
