Define tasks, resources, and timelines in collaboration with cross-functional teams and suppliers to ensure successful program delivery that meets company milestones. Develop a comprehensive program roadmap to effectively communicate deliverables to stakeholders and hold teams accountable. Proactively identify and mitigate risks within the program schedule to ensure smooth project execution. Set agendas for key decision-making meetings to eliminate bottlenecks and minimize risks. Establish standard reports to provide concise and effective communications on program status, issues, risks, and accomplishments to key stakeholders. What's Needed? 5+ years of experience in Hardware Program Management or Engineering Management, managing cross-functional teams on HW/SW integration during development phases. BS degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent experience. Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA and Gantt charts. Prior experience working with contract manufacturers (CMs).
