The Role The Technical Project Manager will help drive the planning and execution of multiple projects spanning Navflex customers, strategic partners, suppliers, and internal product development. Reporting to the Director of Product, this role will work across Product, Engineering, Operations, and Field Deployment, typically managing 3-5 concurrent projects from initial planning through successful delivery and closeout. This is a hands-on execution role. You will establish clear plans, milestones, ownership, dependencies, and risk tracking across technically complex projects involving both internal teams and external organizations. projects, including customer deployments, supplier programs, OEM/partner initiatives, and internal product-development projects Build and maintain project plans covering scope, schedule, milestones, dependencies, resources, risks, and acceptance criteria Translate complex technical programs into clear deliverables, owners, deadlines, and decision points Lead recurring project reviews across Product, Engineering, Operations, Field Deployment, suppliers, partners, and customers Assist with development execution using agile project management methodologies Track actions and ensure commitments are completed or escalated before they become schedule issues Maintain project risk registers and coordinate mitigation plans for technical, schedule, supplier, resource, and customer Experience working in a high-growth technology company where processes are still being developed Compensation and Benefits The base salary range for this role is $105,000-$130,000 , depending on experience, technical background, and demonstrated qualifications relevant to this position. This range reflects the expected base compensation for this role in Colorado; final offers are determined based on the selected candidate's specific experience and skills.
