Work Model:
Predominantly remote with flexible onsite expectations based on project phase and business needs. Onsite cadence may range from once a month to up to twice per week.

$60•72/hour Role Overview We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale, enterprise ERP implementations across complex, operations-driven environments. This role is ideal for a seasoned implementation leader who has successfully delivered multiple ERP programs, managed executive stakeholders, and driven cross-functional execution from strategy through go-live. This is a delivery-focused leadership role centered on execution, governance, vendor management, risk mitigation, and organizational readiness rather than hands-on technical configuration. Agriculture industry experience is preferred. Key Responsibilities Lead multi-phase, enterprise ERP and software implementation programs from initiation through stabilization and optimization Own overall program delivery including scope, timelines, budgets, dependencies, risks, and executive communication Act as the senior implementation authority across internal teams, business leaders, vendors, and system integrators Establish and manage implementation governance models, cadence, and decision-making frameworks Drive alignment between business objectives, implementation scope, and delivery execution Oversee multiple concurrent workstreams including data migration, process alignment, testing, training, and change management Proactively identify, escalate, and resolve program-level risks and dependencies Provide clear, executive-level status reporting and delivery transparency Lead go-live readiness planning and post-implementation stabilization efforts Support onsite implementation phases as needed based on program complexity Required Experience Extensive experience leading enterprise ERP or large-scale software implementations as a Project Manager or Program Manager Proven success delivering multiple complex implementations across cross-functional and distributed teams Strong background working with system integrators, vendors, and executive stakeholders Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity, competing priorities, and high-visibility initiatives Expertise in implementation planning, delivery execution, and stakeholder alignment Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills Ability to operate effectively in a predominantly remote, flexible work environment Preferred Qualifications Agriculture industry background or experience supporting operationally complex industries such as manufacturing, supply chain, or distribution Consulting or professional services experience Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, or similar
