- RSI is recruiting for a Knowledge Management Specialist whodesigns, implements, and continuously improves the organization's Knowledge Management Program.

Hiring Range:
- $75,000.00
- $85,000.00 per year.(The anticipated starting salary is based on the posted minimum requirements for this position. The offered salary will be based upon the selected applicant's education, training, and experience.) This position is required to travel less than 5% of the time.
- Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- + Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Legacy Management Knowledge Management Program, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy, mission objectives, and operational priorities.
- Required Education and Years of Relevant Experience
- + Bachelor'sdegree in Information Management, Knowledge Management, Library and Information Science, Business Administration, Public Administration, Information Systems, or related field. + 7 years of relevant experience.
- Licenses and Certifications
- + Valid Driver's License. + Preferred but not required certifications include Certified Knowledge Manager (CKM), Certified Information Professional (CIP), AIIM Information Governance Certification, Project Management Professional (PMP), Prosci Change Management Certification, and SharePoint Certification.
- Required Skills and Abilities
- + Knowledge of Knowledge Management frameworks, methodologies, and industry best practices.

- Essential Physical Requirements
