Join a high-impact project leadership role focused on driving a global
SAP S/4 MDG
initiative from planning through implementation and closure. This position offers the opportunity to lead cross-functional teams, shape change management efforts, and help deliver meaningful business outcomes in a complex, collaborative environment. Responsibilities Lead one or more project teams supporting global initiatives across functional and regional areas. Manage all phases of assigned projects, including intake, planning, execution, implementation, and closure. Oversee scope, schedule, and cost to support successful project delivery. Coordinate business case development, benefits tracking, stakeholder engagement, and risk and issue management. Guide change management, testing, hypercare, and related Master Data process activities. Ensure project work follows applicable corporate and IT policies, standards, and governance requirements. Provide analytical input, recommendations, and project updates to leadership and governance groups. Support effective communication across internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership. Contribute to continuous improvement by applying project management best practices and lessons learned. Mentor and support team members as needed in a large, cross-functional project environment. Skills Bachelor's degree plus at least 10 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree plus at least 8 years of relevant experience. Strong project management expertise with the ability to manage complex, strategic initiatives. Experience leading work related to SAP S/4 and Master Data Governance is highly relevant. Proven ability to manage scope, schedule, cost, risks, issues, and stakeholder expectations. Excellent communication skills for working with teams, leaders, and external partners. Ability to work independently, set priorities, and drive results in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Experience supporting change management, testing, and implementation activities. Preferred Skills Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices. Experience working in global, cross-functional, or regional team environments. Background in Master Data process improvement or enterprise transformation programs. Ability to influence, coach, and guide others while building strong working relationships. Familiarity with governance processes and presenting to leadership groups.
