Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

Project Leadership:

Plan, execute and manage projects to on-time, on-budget completion. Develop and execute project plans, schedules, and deliverables. Lead cross-functional teams and manage resource allocation. Identify, manage risks and issues, and facilitate resolution. Conduct meetings and ensure effective communication with stakeholders.

Project Management and Quality:

Monitor project progress and track variances against goals. Manage deliverable quality and ensure user acceptance. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Lead project closeout with required deliverables.

Professional Development:

Continuously develop leadership skills. Embrace organizational changes and champion PMO best practices. Recommend and implement process improvements. Foster a culture of accountability within the project team.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree (Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field) or equivalent experience. 3+ years of exceptional software/IT project management experience in a fast-paced environment. Proven understanding of project lifecycles (SDLC & PM) and application and/or infrastructure delivery. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Agile/Waterfall experience and ability to manage multiple projects. Excellent leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
