Job Description

Robert Half is seeking an IT Supervisor for a recreation company based in Beaverton, Oregon. This is a hands-on working supervisor role that will supervise four full-time employees while also remaining involved in technical projects, application support, troubleshooting, and day-to-day IT responsibilities as needed. This position is a 6 month contract opportunity with the potential to convert to hire and is Hybrid-Remote primary. Apply today!

Hybrid - Remote primaryResponsibilitiesLead the planning, assessment, selection, design, implementation, integration, and ongoing support of business applications and SaaS solutions.

Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technology solutions.

Support internally developed applications, Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) software, and third-party SaaS applications.

Troubleshoot and diagnose complex application and software issues across multiple systems and environments.

Evaluate application functionality, workflows, roles, security, databases, and system integrations.

Support application integrations and technologies including APIs and Microsoft SQL Server.

Develop and manage Business Continuity plans to support continuity of operations.

Provide technical leadership and help prioritize application and technology initiatives.

Supervise and provide technical direction to a team of four full-time employees.

Serve as a hands-on technical resource and step in to support various levels of IT responsibilities as needed.

Help advance the organization's IT Service Management (ITSM) practices and processes.

Collaborate with leadership, business stakeholders, vendors, and IT teams to identify and implement technology solutions.
