Job Description
Job Description We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure / Data Center Project Manager with strong expertise in fiber optic and copper cabling, installation, testing, quality assurance, and infrastructure planning . The role will primarily support Plant Spartanburg , with additional support for the team. The ideal candidate will have a strong combination of passive IT infrastructure, data center operations, and construction project management experience. Responsibilities Manage IT infrastructure and cabling construction projects from planning through completion. Oversee fiber optic and copper cabling installation, testing, labeling, and quality assurance. Coordinate contractors, vendors, and onsite IT/infrastructure teams. Support data center operations, infrastructure upgrades, and capacity planning. Maintain project schedules, documentation, and infrastructure records. Identify and resolve project risks, issues, and dependencies. Requirements 5+ years of IT infrastructure, data center, or structured cabling experience. Strong fiber optic and copper cabling experience. Experience managing IT infrastructure construction projects. Solid understanding of data center operations and physical infrastructure. Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work primarily onsite at Plant Spartanburg.
