Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Information Technology (IT) Manager to lead our technology initiatives and ensure the seamless operation of our IT infrastructure. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the planning, implementation, and management of complex IT systems, driving innovation and efficiency across the organization. Responsibilities Lead and supervise the IT team, managing daily operations related to network support, server management, desktop support, and technical troubleshooting. Oversee the deployment and maintenance of IT infrastructure including LAN, WAN, servers, firewalls, and network security measures to ensure optimal performance and security. Manage vendor relationships for hardware, software, cloud services (such as AWS and Azure), and other technology solutions; negotiate contracts and oversee procurement processes. Develop and implement comprehensive IT strategies aligned with organizational goals; manage projects involving software development, system upgrades, migrations (e.g., SharePoint, SQL Server), and disaster recovery plans. Ensure compliance with IT governance standards such as ITIL; monitor system performance using tools like SolarWinds; oversee cybersecurity protocols including network security and information security policies. Coordinate cross-functional communication to facilitate effective technology solutions; lead initiatives in business continuity planning and remote access software deployment. Oversee IT asset management, configuration management, and documentation; supervise incident response procedures and technical support services. Qualifications Proven experience managing IT teams with supervisory responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Extensive knowledge of IT infrastructure components including Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, VMware vSphere, Linux systems, Microsoft Windows Server environments, Active Directory management, DHCP, DNS, IIS web server management. Strong expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure; experience with virtualization technologies like vSphere; familiarity with containerization is a plus. Demonstrated project management skills in technology projects utilizing Agile methodologies; experience with Jira or ServiceNow for workflow management. Proficiency in database management including Microsoft SQL Server; understanding of software implementation processes; experience with SharePoint administration. Deep understanding of network engineering principles including LAN/WAN design, remote access solutions, network security protocols, VPNs, DHCP configuration. Knowledge of ITIL framework for service management; familiarity with SolarWinds monitoring tools; expertise in disaster recovery planning and business continuity strategies. Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business language; strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
