IT Program Manager #26-09311 Charlotte, NC Plano, TX Onsite Contract Starts 10/26/2026 Ends 10/25/2027 Job Description Genesis10 is currently seeking a Senior Delivery Lead for an Onsite position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC or Plano, TX. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. This role serves as a program delivery manager responsible for driving the successful execution ofplex, enterprise-scale transformation initiatives within the Audit and Risk technology portfolio. The Senior Delivery Lead will own end-to-end program strategy, governance, and delivery across highly regulated environments, ensuring seamless coordination across technology, audit, and risk teams.
Responsibilities:
Drive the end-to-end delivery of multi-year, multi-million-dollar programs spanning multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups Establish and manage program governance, operating models, steeringmittees, and executive reporting structures Deliverplex initiatives involving technology, risk, audit,pliance, and control functions Ensure auditability, traceability, andpliance throughout the program lifecycle Manage regulatorymitments, audit findings, and remediation programs Translate business, audit, and risk requirements into executable technology roadmaps Establish governance, controls, monitoring, and risk management practices for AI-driven capabilities
Requirements:
10+ years of experience leading large-scale technology programs, transformations, or strategic initiatives within highly regulated environments Strong understanding of Audit, Risk Management, Compliance, and Internal Control frameworks Experience supporting regulatory, governance, and audit-driven initiatives within financial services or similarly regulated industries Strong understanding of enterprise technology delivery methodologies and software development lifecycles (Agile, Scrum, SAFe, Waterfall, Hybrid) Experience with Agile tools such as Jira Understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Generative AI, and Responsible AI principles Proven ability in program planning, dependency management, issue resolution, and critical path management Desired skills: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or related field MBA or advanced degree PMP, PgMP, SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), SAFe Lean Portfolio Manager (LPM), Agile, or equivalent certifications Financial services industry experience Familiarity with enterprise platforms, cloud technologies, AI governance frameworks, and regulatory technology solutions Pay range: $52.54 - $60.54 per hour Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
