About Position:

The Al Developer will design, build, and optimize document ingestion, extraction, validation, and comparison capabilities to modernize Middle Office authorization workflows. This role focuses on handson delivery of Al models, confidence scoring, exception handling, and system integrations.

What You'll Do:

Java Backend:

Hands on experience on Spring Web flux, Reactive Java, Restful APIs, Kafka, Redis.

Should be good in design

For AI:

(Agentic AI) Conversational AI

Hands on working knowledge of building Agents (preferably using ADK), Lang chain, RAG, NEO4J (added advantage - Good to have)

Very strong in Python, Evals, Observability, Familiarity with developing MCP servers, A2A, pyTest

Expertise You'll Bring:

3 to 7 years of software development experience

Strong handson experience in Python

Strong handson experience in Java backend development

Hands of experience in developing AIML or Generative AI projects

REST APIs and distributed systems design

Handson experience on Python, LLMs, GenAI, and agentbased systems
