Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled facilities professional to support the operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of building equipment across multiple locations. We are partnering with the company to present a Mobile Engineer opportunity for a candidate who can help keep essential systems running safely, efficiently, and reliably.

Responsibilities:

Perform maintenance, monitoring, and repairs on mechanical, plumbing, structural, furniture, fire, life safety, and control systems. Travel between multiple facilities to support proper operation and functionality. Manage preventative maintenance, purchasing and inventory control, contracted maintenance oversight, and general maintenance activities. Maintain HVAC systems and associated equipment through cleaning, inspection, calibration, part replacement, and accurate equipment readings.

Required:

High School Diploma or equivalent. 5-7 years of relevant work experience. Proven experience maintaining and repairing commercial building systems. Ability to analyze commercial or industrial mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, diagnose malfunctions, and perform corrective actions. EPA 608 Type II Certification. Working knowledge of computer applications, including Microsoft Word and Excel, plus a valid driver's license.
