The candidate should have strong iOS and hybrid mobile development expertise, technical leadership capability, and basic knowledge of Android application development. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development, enhancement, testing, and maintenance of iOS and hybrid mobile applications.
• Provide technical direction and resolve complex application issues.
• Design modular, scalable, maintainable, and reusable mobile components.

integration and collaboration with UI/UX, backend, QA, DevOps, and product teams.

• Conduct technical design and code reviews to ensure quality, security, and coding standards.
• Mentor developers and promote engineering best practices.
• Lead technical discussions and participate in estimation, sprint planning, risk management, release, and production readiness.
• Use logs, monitoring dashboards, and diagnostics to troubleshoot issues. Required Technical Skills
• Hybrid mobile application development using Ionic Framework, with iOS delivery experience.
• Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and

SASS/SCSS.

• Mobile UI development, responsive design, reusable components, and

integration.

• Working exposure to React.js, Next.js, Redux, jQuery, and AJAX.
• Backend exposure to Node.js and PHP.
• Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Cassandra.
• Git, GitHub or GitLab; Jenkins; Jira; Confluence; and Figma.
• Exposure to Kibana and Grafana for monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Experience with GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, MCP configuration, or similar AI-assisted development workflows.
• Basic knowledge of Android application development, Android build and release concepts, and cross-platform compatibility considerations. Preferred Competencies
