•  3-4+ years of Lead Engineer or Engineering Leadership experience
•  Experience owning products/applications end-to-end
•  Strong experience developing mobile applications for Android & iOS
•  Hands-on experience with .NET MAUI or Xamarin
•  Strong JavaScript/TypeScript development experience
•  Experience building applications with React and/or React Native
•  Backend development experience with Node.js
•  Understanding of REST APIs and mobile application architecture
•  Experience publishing and maintaining applications in App Store and Google Play Store
•  QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) or Retail industry experience is required
•  Experience leading, mentoring, and managing engineering teams
•  Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization skills
•  Ability to work onsite in San Antonio, TX
•  Experience with Redux or other state management solutions
•  CI/CD pipeline experience for mobile applications
•  Experience with restaurant technology or digital ordering platforms
•  Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, and Claude
•  React Native migration experience
•  Advanced mobile performance optimization expertise
