Automation Lead Enginner Location

•New York City, NY

•Onsite Seeking a Automation lead with 7 to 11 years of experience in test automation using Selenium with C and strong testing expertise Job Description Design develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium with C to ensure highquality software delivery Collaborate closely with Agile teams to integrate automated testing within CICD pipelines enhancing test coverage and efficiency Utilize Playwright with C to complement automation efforts and improve testing scope Analyze and troubleshoot automation framework issues to maintain stable and reliable test environments Stay updated with emerging testing tools and methodologies to continuously improve test automation strategies Work with crossfunctional teams to understand software requirements and translate them into effective automated test cases Maintain comprehensive test documentation and contribute to continuous process improvements within the QA lifecycle Roles and Responsibilities Develop and execute automated test cases for new features and regression testing using SeleniumC Integrate automated tests into build pipelines to enable continuous testing and faster feedback Collaborate with developers product owners and QA teams to identify test requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage Participate in bug triage sessions to prioritize and resolve defects impacting automation and product quality Mentor junior team members on automation best practices scripting standards and tool usage Monitor test execution results analyze failures and report issues to the development team Advocate for quality throughout the software development lifecycle by promoting test automation and best practices Explore and apply C testing capabilities to enhance automation frameworks and testing efficiency

Benefits Compensation range:
