Responsibilities Work at our customer locations across the New York Metropolitan area: Programming and configuring Building Automation Systems in proprietary object-oriented programming languages. Designing user interfaces for Building Automation Systems to effectively communicate system status and feedback to the end user. Installation, configuration and maintenance of video management and card access systems. Troubleshooting and fixing issues for existing customer systems. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information Science, Computer Systems Networking, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, similar engineering discipline or equivalent experience required Past IT experience where you acquired troubleshooting skills, attention to detail and customer relations required 2 years prior BMS programming experience preferred Knowledge of Schneider Electric, Distech or Tridium preferred Proficient with TCP/IP networks, Windows 10 and Windows Server platforms setup and maintenance Vehicle and clean license a plus.
