Job Overview Centeva is seeking highly skilled and motivated Senior Network Engineers to support the design, operation, and continuous improvement of enterprise network environments. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for maintaining reliable network services, supporting infrastructure modernization efforts, and collaborating with technical teams ensure secure, scalable, and high-performing connectivity solutions. Responsibilities Support the design, implementation, maintenance, and optimization of network infrastructure. Troubleshoot and resolve network performance, connectivity, and availability issues. Monitor network health and recommend improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency. Participate in infrastructure upgrades, technology refresh efforts, and modernization initiatives. Develop and maintain technical documentation, diagrams, and operational procedures. Collaborate with technical teams, stakeholders, and service providers to support operational objectives. Assist with network security, compliance, and operational best practices. Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions that improve network capabilities and performance. Provide technical expertise and support for infrastructure-related projects and initiatives. Requirements Proven experience in computer networking with a focus on enterprise IT infrastructure and network engineering best practices. Strong knowledge of routing protocols (OSPF, BGP EIGRP), VLANs, TCP/IP stack fundamentals, DNS/DHCP configuration, and network management tools. Hands-on expertise with Cisco IOS/ASA/Meraki devices; familiarity with Juniper equipment is a plus. Experience implementing network security solutions including VPNs (IPsec & SSL), firewalls, LDAP/Active Directory integration, encryption standards (PKI), and vulnerability assessment techniques. Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Bash for automation; experience with Ansible or PowerShell is advantageous. Ability to troubleshoot complex system issues involving load balancing solutions like F5 or HAProxy; knowledge of cloud security practices in AWS or Azure environments is preferred. Strong understanding of data center operations including SAN/NFS storage systems; familiarity with VMware vSphere or similar virtualization technologies. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within Agile teams; familiarity with ITIL frameworks is desirable. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience. Several years of experience supporting enterprise network environments. Strong understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and infrastructure technologies. Experience troubleshooting complex technical issues in production environments. Ability to analyze problems, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently. Must be a US Citizen. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting large, distributed network environments. Familiarity with cloud networking and hybrid infrastructure environments. Experience with network monitoring, automation, or management tools. Industry certifications such as Cisco, Juniper, CompTIA, or similar. Experience supporting infrastructure modernization or transformation initiatives. Pay:
$125,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
