Job Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and support large-scale enterprise network solutions.
Act as a trusted technical partner for customers, ensuring smooth operations and quick issue resolution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve network performance, reliability, and scalability.
Troubleshootplex routing, switching, and connectivity issues across diverse environments.
Develop and maintain automation scripts to streamline network operations and configuration management.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's in Aerospace Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
4+ years of experience with major internet routing protocols (e.g., BGP, OSPF, MPLS, ISIS).
4+ years of experience in Linux/Unix environments.
1+ years of automation scripting using Python, Bash, Shell, and/or Perl.
Strong interpersonal andmunication skills with proven customer-facing experience.
Demonstrated ownership mindset with the ability to independently manage priorities and deliverables.
Previous successful engagement with our organization is strongly preferred.
