This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). Our client is a rapidly growing, multi-state organization with a strong reputation in its industry. As the company continues to expand, they are adding to their IT team and looking for a hands-on professional who can provide excellent onsite support while bringing a strong networking skill set. Responsibilities Provide onsite Tier 2 support for hardware, software, mobile devices, printers, and conference room technology Troubleshoot network issues involving VPNs, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, connectivity, and firewall rules Support switches, routers, access points, and other network equipment Manage and troubleshoot Active Directory and Microsoft 365 Assist with onboarding/offboarding, device deployment, and IT asset management Support endpoint/MDM tools, including NinjaOne Document issues and resolutions and assist with IT projects and network upgrades Qualifications 2+ years of IT support, desktop support, network administration, or related experience Strong networking fundamentals and hands-on troubleshooting experience Experience with at least two different network equipment platforms (Ubiquiti, WatchGuard, Cisco, Aruba, Meraki, etc.) Experience with Active Directory and Microsoft 365 Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable working onsite and providing face-to-face support Ubiquiti, WatchGuard, NinjaOne, and MDM experience are a plus.
