Internet Service Specialist:

Directly interact with customers, engaging in conversations on their current wireless needs, and provide information on our internet products and services best suited to their needs. Tailor a sales pitch to each individual according to their needs, walk them through the sales process, and provide ongoing support after the sales process. Promote products and services to a wide range of customers, identifying sales opportunities and market trends to increase sales. Actively address customer concerns, answer questions, and find solutions in a professional and efficient manner. Participate in company-wide training sessions, networking events, and travel opportunities to extend knowledge and share best practices of sales strategies and techniques. Collaborate with other Internet Service Specialists to ensure seamless experiences and achieve weekly and monthly sales goals. Skills and qualifications we're looking for in the

Internet Service Specialist:

A high school diploma is required; any further education or sales experience is a plus! 0-2 years in a customer-facing role, such as retail, service industry, hospitality, etc. Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is a plus! Personable and positive demeanor, with the ability to relate to people of diverse backgrounds with ease. Responsible for time management skills, to successfully deliver results on time. Tech-savvy and adaptable, especially in fast-paced, evolving environments.
