This is a hands-on role responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and performance of critical business systems across server, cloud, networking, and end-user environments. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver who enjoys working across a broad technology stack, leading infrastructure initiatives, and supporting business-critical operations.

This position requires additional support during the organization's peak operational season, including the potential to work up to six days per week from mid-July through late October. Key Responsibilities Manage, monitor, and maintain VMware, Windows, and Linux server environments to ensure security, reliability, and high availability. Provision, configure, and decommission physical and virtual servers as needed. Administer on-premises Active Directory and Azure Active Directory environments. Manage user accounts, groups, permissions, printers, and access controls. Support daily operations of core infrastructure systems, including server, voice, video, and data platforms. Implement and maintain backup, disaster recovery, and redundancy solutions. Administer Microsoft 365 services, including SharePoint and Microsoft Teams. Manage enterprise mobile device platforms, including Microsoft Intune, Jamf, and ManageEngine. Troubleshoot and resolve complex escalated infrastructure issues. Develop and maintain technical documentation, standards, and procedures. Coordinate with third-party vendors to support projects and service delivery. Manage software and hardware licensing agreements. Lead and participate in infrastructure and technology projects. Research and recommend technologies that improve operational efficiency, reliability, and security. Mentor and support junior IT staff while promoting best practices and excellent customer service. Perform additional duties as assigned. Required Qualifications Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Systems Administrator, Network Administrator, or related infrastructure role. Advanced knowledge of networking and distributed computing environments. Strong experience administering Windows Server environments, including DNS, Group Policy, File Servers, Print Management Experience supporting VMware and virtualized server environments.
