The key point is that you will be ensuring that the whole company have the tools, support, and security they need to succeed in their roles. This is more than a traditional support role, as you will become the go-to technology expert responsible for keeping their systems running smoothly while helping maintain a strong security and compliance view. Responsibilities Managing day-to-day IT operations Supporting macOS and Windows environments Device management and endpoint security New starter onboarding and offboarding Maintaining MDM and compliance tooling Supporting SOC 2 initiatives Managing office infrastructure and technology vendors Improving IT processes and documentation Prior experience 2-4 years of IT support, helpdesk or systems administration experience Experience with MDM platforms such as JumpCloud, Jamf or Intune Knowledge of endpoint security and device management Understanding of SSO and MFA Strong troubleshooting skills Super beneficial to know JumpCloud experience SOC 2 or
