Join Our Team as a Systems Administrator in Tallahassee, FL! The Florida Department of Transportation is seeking a skilled Systems Administrator to enhance our Office of Information Technology. Located in the vibrant city of Tallahassee, FL, this position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you can make a significant impact on our infrastructure and cloud services. As a Systems Administrator, you will be instrumental in managing, troubleshooting, and executing cloud services and platforms to support our infrastructure, applications, and data needs. Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or technical institute degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
2-3 years of experience with Server 2012 R2, 2016, 2019, and 2022.
2-3 years of experience in IIS Administration.
2-3 years of network communications experience, including TCP/IP and DNS.
2-3 years of strong professional experience in AWS cloud systems.
5-8 years of professional experience in information systems engineering or a related field.
Preferences:
2-3 years of experience in Microsoft Azure cloud systems.
Experience with other cloud providers such as GCP.
3-5 years of IT work experience in infrastructure/network environments.
