The US branch serves the US and Canadian market and for this purpose we are looking for a motivated engineer to help grow the company in the US. He will work in a small team to create custom solutions for customer specific needs. The job will be customer oriented and project driven, thus demanding both flexibility and communication skills. Major tasks and responsibilities At our facility in Atlanta Prepare machines for factory acceptance Prepare machines for shipping Assembly and set up of automation lines Test running machines Remote support on machines in the field Provide phone/e-mail support to customers all over the US Provide feedback to the R D department Composing support manuals and step-by-step procedures On site at customers Onsite support Installation of equipment Provide machine training for customers Maintenance on machines in the field Qualifications and profile Good knowledge and understanding of automation and electrical engineering Good software skills (MS Office,…); experience with Autocad is an advantage Previous experience on machine/line installation Advanced troubleshooting experience Willing to go hands on when it comes to technology Willing to learn and improve skills and knowledge "Can do" mentality Must have good analytical skills to be able to solve problems Excellent interpersonal skills Willing to travel maximum 50%(must be able to obtain a passport) Able to work in an international environment Capable of working without sponsorship Possibility to travel internationally offer Competitive salary and benefits based on qualifications Possibility to grow within the company
