Immediate start through year-end About the Opportunity We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Escrow Service Specialist to support a busy Mortgage Loan Servicing team. This temporary position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong administrative, customer service, and communication skills who enjoy working in a fast-paced, professional environment. Key Responsibilities Coordinate with third-party vendors responsible for timely payments of hazard, hurricane, and flood insurance policies. Ensure information is accurately updated and maintained within banking systems. Communicate with vendors, customers, and insurance agents via phone and email. Research and resolve escrow-related inquiries and discrepancies. Maintain accurate records and documentation. Provide administrative and operational support to the Mortgage Loan Servicing team. Qualifications Previous experience in customer service, banking, mortgage servicing, escrow, insurance, or administrative support preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
