Lead and facilitate Kaizen events and continuous improvement initiatives Partner with site leadership and cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements Apply lean methodologies and problem-solving tools to drive operational excellence Analyze data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement Support development of a continuous improvement culture across the organization Track, validate, and report project results including financial impact Deliver training and coaching on PPI tools and methodologies Keys to

Success:

Education Advanced degree with 3+ years of experience; OR Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience; OR Associate degree with 8+ years of relevant experience Experience Demonstrated expertise in lean methodologies Proven ability to lead multiple cross-functional improvement projects Experience driving measurable results through process improvements Experience working in matrixed organizations Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Strong project management and organizational skills Advanced data analysis and problem-solving capabilities Proficiency in root cause analysis techniques Strong financial acumen with ability to validate savings with Finance Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with PowerBI, Minitab or similar tools preferred Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Willingness to travel up to 20% as needed Thank you for your interest as you consider starting a new career journey with us.
