Digital Workspace Engineer

Digital Workspace Engineer Full‑time | On‑site | Nordomatic Group Ltd. Job Summary Nordomatic Group Ltd. is hiring a Digital Workspace Engineer to provide on‑site and remote IT support for our U.S. employees. This role also supports our global IT operations and requires strong experience with Microsoft 365 administration, identity management, and end‑user support. Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1-2 support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
• Install and configure hardware, software, and applications
• Administer Microsoft 365, including user accounts , Teams, SharePoint, and permissions
• Support identity management through Entra ID and Active Directory
• Assist with device management using Intune
• Monitor and resolve IT tickets in a timely manner
• Document issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions
• Create user guides and support documentation
• Coordinate with third‑party vendors for repairs
• Support additional IT tasks as needed Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in IT preferred; Microsoft certifications a plus
• Minimum 2 years of IT support or systems administration experience
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration
• Experience with Entra ID / Active Directory
• Intune experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to troubleshoot independently
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to travel occasionally (including internationally) Working Conditions

Compensation Salary:

$60-70

K Pay:

$60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
