3-5 years of experience in a POS analyst or systems administrator role within multi-unit food & beverage, hospitality, or retail environments Hands-on experience supporting Toast POS is required Strong technical troubleshooting skills for POS hardware and software Familiarity with payment processing workflows, inventory management, and sales reporting Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or comparable practical experience Ability to travel at least 10% of the time Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain comfortable in a dynamic environmentSystem Administrator Preferred Background & Skills:
Proficiency with SQL or similar data extraction toolsSystem Administrator Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Manage configuration, deployment, and support of POS systems (Toast, Fandango1, Embed, Intercard) across multiple locations Standardize the POS change request process and ensure visibility for operations, finance, accounting, and management Create documentation, training materials, and standard operating procedures for end-users Collaborate with vendor partners on software updates, patches, and system integrations Serve as technical lead for resolving POS hardware and software issues Monitor system performance, conduct audits, and proactively address vulnerabilities Partner with stakeholders to configure POS for actionable business reporting If you thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment and are passionate about technology-driven hospitality, this role could be the perfect next step for your career!JOB ID :
