Duties Perform comprehensive inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on trailers, including brake systems, suspensions, axles, electrical wiring, and hydraulics Utilize schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues efficiently Conduct heavy equipment operation such as forklift, excavator, crane, and tractor-trailer handling during repairs or component replacements Fabricate parts or modify equipment using welding, cutting tools, and hand tools to meet specific repair needs Maintain detailed service records, work orders, and inspection reports to ensure compliance with safety standards Perform tire service, wheel alignments, and suspension repairs to optimize vehicle handling and safety Assist in equipment maintenance tasks such as HVAC repairs, diesel engine servicing, and transmission overhauls Experience Proven dealership experience or extensive background in heavy truck repair or industrial equipment maintenance Strong mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems including brakes, transmissions, hydraulics, electrical systems, and suspensions Hands-on experience with automotive diagnostics tools and power tools for precise repairs Familiarity with schematics for troubleshooting electrical wiring and mechanical components effectively Experience operating heavy machinery such as excavators, cranes, forklifts, or other industrial equipment is highly desirable Knowledge of diesel mechanics, HVAC systems related to vehicles or trailers is a plus Customer service experience that demonstrates clear communication skills and professionalism in technical support roles Join us if you're eager to apply your mechanical expertise in a vibrant environment where safety meets innovation.
