We deliver mission-focused IT, acquisition, and professional services to federal and state government clients. The Role Concordant seeks a Network Administrator to join our Network Operations Center team supporting modernized Air National Guard Base Area Networks. You will monitor, manage, and troubleshoot network infrastructure from a centralized NOC and give Government stakeholders and base Communications Squadrons real-time situational awareness of network health. What You Will Do Monitor network performance, availability, and health metrics with SolarWinds, Cisco Prime, and vendor-provided Network Management System tools Respond to network alerts, incidents, and service degradation events Perform initial troubleshooting and diagnostics on network issues Coordinate with on-site Tier 2 personnel and Tier 3/4 engineering teams to resolve complex issues Execute routine network management tasks, including configuration backups, software updates, and security patch coordination Track Service Level Agreement metrics and flag potential SLA violations before they occur Document incidents in the Enterprise ITSM solution in line with incident management processes Support change management and coordinate scheduled maintenance windows Monitor cybersecurity alerts and vulnerability notifications Produce network performance reports and operational status updates Brief Government stakeholders and base Communications Squadrons on current network status Work rotating shifts in support of 24/7 NOC operations What You Bring Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field 5+ years of network operations center or network monitoring experience Cisco CCNA (required) Current Secret Security Clearance CompTIA Security+ (required) Hands-on experience with SolarWinds, Cisco Prime, or comparable NMS platforms Working knowledge of ITSM incident and change management processes Preferred Experience supporting DoD, Air Force, or Air National Guard networks Familiarity with
