IT Systems Technician Pay from $27 to $34 per hour with significant growth and earning potential! Connecticut Branch 113 Plainfield Pike, Plainfield, CT 06374 New hires earn a $5,000 bonus! Join the team opening Uline's newest warehouse in Connecticut! Taking our tech to new levels! As a Uline IT Systems Technician, you'll provide tech support for employees and ensure systems are running smoothly across the warehouse and offices at our new Connecticut location.

Hours:

Monday - Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM Position Responsibilities Provide technology support to end-users, troubleshooting incident requests and delivering technical training with excellent customer service. Set up and manage computers, printers, audio / visual equipment and mobile devices. Oversee the IT inventory system, tracking assets and performing scheduled preventative maintenance. Coordinate and execute technology equipment moves and ensure cabling standards are upheld. Manage user accounts, including permissions. Minimum Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's Degree preferred . Prior IT Systems Technician experience with demonstrated knowledge of networking, hardware and application systems. Understanding of Windows OS, Group Policy, Active Directory and Microsoft 365 applications. Provide on-call support on a rotational basis with occasional evening and weekend work.
